This document is written in Malay and English. In the event of any conflict in interpretation between the two versions, the English version shall apply for the purpose of dispute resolution.
Eligibility and Registration
Use of the gtr99 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling
- Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Has never been banned, suspended or excluded from any gambling platform
- Acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. gtr99 reserves the right to request verification documents such as MyKad or passport to confirm a user's identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.
⚠️ Registering on behalf of another individual or providing false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Account Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their own username and password. gtr99 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an account caused by a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

Deposits and Withdrawals
gtr99 supports various payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are subject to the following policies:
- Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10
- Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction
- Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed
gtr99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.
For payments made using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is the current rate at the time the transaction is processed. The amount received may differ from the expected value due to market fluctuations.
Bonuses and Promotions
gtr99 offers various promotions to members including a welcome bonus for new users. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- Welcome bonus: 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the total bonus received
- Example: Deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
- Maximum example: Deposit RM1,800 and receive a bonus of RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 15 = RM13,320
- Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
The gtr99 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback rates range from up to 0.2% for Bronze to up to 0.8% for Platinum. Progress through VIP tiers depends on ongoing gameplay activity.

Game Rules
All games offered through the gtr99 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, sports betting, and horse racing — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game. Users are responsible for understanding those rules before playing.
Game results generated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or via live streaming are final. gtr99 cannot and will not intervene in game outcomes except in cases of officially acknowledged technical errors.
- A minimum balance is required before any bet can be placed
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
- In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gtr99 will resolve the matter in accordance with fair internal policies
- The use of third-party software or automated bots to play is strictly prohibited
Prohibited User Behaviour
gtr99 users are prohibited from doing the following while using this platform:
- Registering or using multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses
- Collaborating with other players to exploit games or promotions (collusion)
- Using any form of automated software, bots, or gameplay-assisting tools without approval
- Spreading false or misleading information about gtr99 to third parties
- Using a gtr99 account for money laundering or other illegal activities
- Threatening, harassing or being abusive towards customer support staff

- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Request from a competent authority
- User's own request to close the account
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance in that account may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. For voluntary closure by the user, all valid balances will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met and identity verification has been completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, gtr99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- Game results fairly generated by the RNG system or live transmission
- Losses resulting from unauthorised use of a user's account by a third party
- Cryptocurrency value fluctuations during transaction processing
- Errors or delays caused by third-party payment service providers

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
